Star Bot Adventures runs in your browser and loads each level from our server as you play. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising. Level progress and gardens you build are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data erases them.
The site is served from our own server. Like every web server, it keeps standard access logs that include the IP address of each request and the page requested. We use these only to keep the site running and look into problems, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.
The site does not load anything from third parties. Fonts, images, and code all come from our server.
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you type, along with the IP address it was sent from. This is delivered to us as an email. We use it only to read and reply to your message, and we keep it in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful. We do not add you to any list or share it with anyone.
The form is meant for grown-ups. If a child has sent us personal information through it, a parent can ask us to delete it using the same form and we will.
The games are made for kids, and that is exactly why they collect nothing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you add Star Bot to your home screen, your device keeps the app icon and fonts so it opens quickly. The games themselves come from our server each time, so you need to be online to play. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes the stored copy.
